She says that more than 7100 health care workers (doctors, nurses, and other hospitalists) have been exposed to Kovid-19 in Italy so far. Such staff are sent back home to recover and are told to return to work when their investigation report is negative. But their absence increases the workload of other health care workers in the hospital, as the number of people infected with the corona virus is steadily increasing. During this time more than 50 doctors fighting the war against the corona virus have also died. They are not taking the name of control over the situation. However, in spite of this, the doctors and nurses are working with full vigor.
When Dr. Gabriel Tomasoni, head of the ICU at the Public Civic Hospital in Brescia, came out of the hospital after finishing his shift, he said that we are busy serving patients day and night. The problem is that patients infected with Kovid-19 have to be kept in isolation and their family members have to live in quarantine. Most of the victims are aged. Health care workers are the only recourse for such victims. They want someone to be near them, keep them with love. You can see this in their eyes.
