Michael Jackson’s Dance Secrets

Michael Jackson stands upright in this step and he tilts his body forward in a 45 degree angle in this pose. Scientists have always been discussing how Michael Jackson was able to do this? Actually, a team of neurosurgeons has studied this dance step of Jackson. He says that the secret of his dance was in his shoes which gave his legs the necessary strength.

In his research published in the Journal of Neurosurgery, Manjul Tripathi and his fellow of the Graduate Institute of Education and Medical Research, Chandigarh, say, “Many good dancers, who have very strong legs, are only 25 or even more when doing this step.” You can only bend at an angle of 30 degrees. But Michael Jackson could easily make a 45 degree angle in this step. ”

Even if someone tried to imitate them, they would have felt that while doing so the legs put more pressure on the muscles of the hind extremities but there is not as much pressure on the spine. Manjul Tripathi says that for this reason it is almost impossible for the best imitator of Michael Jackson to lean forward like him. But it was easy for Jackson to do this because he had special shoes to carry out the feat.

His shoes consisted of a V-shaped piece that fit properly on a nail that came out of the ground. Because of this Jackson was able to lean forward easily. But before that they needed to have the safety ropes tied at the waist to do so. Michael Jackson and two of his fellow Hollywood colleagues are believed to have been inspired by special shoes designed for American astronauts. These shoes were easily affixed to any surface and helped to keep the person on the surface even under zero gravity conditions.

However, experts believe that even with such shoes, it is not easy to keep the body at one angle for some time because for this you need your legs. Spinal cord and muscle needs to be strengthened. Manjul Tripathi says, “Many of Michael Jackson’s fans and ourselves have tried to imitate his step several times but each time we fell. It’s not easy to do. Your legs as well as your waist muscles It should be ready to bear the pressure. ”
