Lucknow . Positive India: There is a debate on mass testing of corona in the country. ICMR denies community based investigation. At the same time, NIV Puno has legalized the first rapid kit. This kit will work in the current transition as well as in the future. In this, the disease can be identified even after liberation from Kovid-19. A guide line has been released on 27 March to investigate the SARS-Cove-Two virus.
The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is not yet considering a third phase of the corona virus in the country. In such a situation, community based testing is not being done. At the same time, work is going on to test the validity of about 11 rapid testing kits with NIV Pune. This kit is made by companies from different countries. On 27 March NIV Puneo validated the antibody based rapid test. This kit is capable of detecting the infection present in the person’s body. For this the antibody will come ‘IGM’ positive. At the same time, in a patient who has been freed from corona, after years, it will be known that he has been infected before. For this, this kit will also be able to catch the antibody ‘IGG’ which has been made in his body.
Actually, a person has five types of antibodies – G, A, M, D, E. In this, IgM is formed at the beginning of infection, later IgG is formed. In such a situation, if the person who has got rid of corona ever gets caught in other disease, it will be easy to decide the risk status and direction of treatment.
Test will be done in 30 minutes
Corona reports are available in BSL Three Lab in eight to 12 hours. According to the expert, the test will be possible in 30 minutes with the Endibody based kit. There will also be no need for needless polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing for confirmation. Experts may get a probe repeated from the lab even if there is doubt in a case. According to the guide line, the kit will be tested with blood, serum and plasma. At the same time, it will come test positive in seven to 10 days of infection.
Lowest investigation in the country
Corona testing is decreasing in the country. It is estimated that 6.8 people were tested for every 10 lakh people. According to medical scientists, if the scope of investigation is increased, the number of patients may increase. Countries like Singapore and South Korea are being cited for this.
