Step 1. First you have to go to the UTITSL portal.
Step 2. Here you have to click on the ‘Apply for new PAN card (Form49AA)’ tab at the bottom of the home page.
Step 3. Now Form 49AA will open on your screen.
Step 4. You have to fill this form as per the instructions given. After this, enter captcha code and click submit.
Step 5. Now you have to verify the information filled in the form. After this, click on ‘Make Payment’ for online payment.
Step 6. On successful payment, you will have to save the filled form. Also, his print will also have to be taken.
Step 7. On this printed form, the applicant will have to paste two photographs and sign it.
Step 8. The applicant will be required to furnish a copy of the identity card, proof of residence and the date of birth document along with this signed form as per the instructions given in the form.
Step 9. Now the applicant will have to submit a copy of documents and confirmation of payment along with this form to his nearest UTIITSL office address.
