He tweeted, ‘I took my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at AIIMS. It is notable how our doctors and scientists have worked to strengthen the global fight against the corona epidemic. I appeal to all those who are eligible to take the vaccine, they must take it. Come, let us together make India COVID-19 free. ‘ PM Modi has installed Bharat Biotech’s ‘Covaxin’ vaccine. Let me tell you that the vaccine named Covaxin has been developed by Bharat Biotech in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research and the National Institute of Virology.

Let us know that under the vaccination campaign against Corona virus in India, common people are starting getting vaccinated from today. The public will include people over 60 years of age and those with serious illnesses over 45 years of age. Registration on CoWIN 2.0 portal (Co-WIN 2.0) as well as Arogya Setu will start at 9 am today. In such a situation, rapid vaccination will be done in the country.
According to the Union Ministry of Health, from today anyone can get corona vaccine at any center. Government hospitals will get the vaccine for free, private hospitals will have to pay Rs.250 for every dose. There will be Rs.150 for vaccines and Rs.100 service charge. However, a dose of corona virus was expected to cost much more than this.
