The government is preparing to bring One Nation One Health Card. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can announce this from the Red Fort on 15 August. The government has already announced about One Nation One Ration Card. Through the One Nation One Health Card Scheme, everyone will have a health card. The complete information about treatment and test to be done under this scheme will be digitally saved in the card. The record will be kept for sure. A big benefit from this will be that if you are going to get treatment with a doctor in any corner of the country, then the old report will not have to be taken along.
The doctor will check the medical records through unique ID. A single unique ID will be issued for every citizen. Login will be done on the same basis. It will be implemented in phase wise manner. Clinics, hospitals, doctors will be linked to a central server.

A budget of 500 crores has been kept in the first phase of this plan. Health card will be made on the basis of Aadhaar card, but no citizen will be obliged for this. This will be completely optional. The citizen will have his own will if he wants, he will make it or else there will be no force. Personal information of citizens will be kept secure and confidential.

The scope of this scheme will be extended later, it will connect clinics, hospitals, doctors, medical stores, companies providing medical insurance all through it. It will take full care of privacy. The health profile of any person will be able to see the doctor or hospital staff only with his approval.
