  • Make a habit of drinking three to four liters of water daily.
  • Keep blood pressure and sugar under control.
  • Stay away from cigarettes and alcohol as much as possible.
  • Take a healthy diet and avoid fast food intake.
  • Consume water-rich food.
  • Adequate fiber-intake.
  • Take the least amount of sugar with salt in the food.
  • Make sure to have health checkups from time to time, especially of blood and urine.
  • Avoid the consumption of supplements.
  • Exercise daily for 30 minutes.
  • Make a schedule from eating to drinking.
