And he was 64 years old. Amar Singh was admitted to the ICU at a hospital in Singapore and his family was present there. Earlier in 2013, Amar Singh had a kidney failure. Amar Singh was a major leader in Indian politics who was from Uttar Pradesh and was one of the bigwigs of the Samajwadi Party.
