The title sponsor of the IPL has changed for the 13th season of the Indian Premier League. On Wednesday, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officially confirmed that Dream 11 company has been given the main sponsor rights for IPL 2020. A day later, new logos have also been released on the official social media accounts of the IPL.

The IPL 2020 starts on September 19. This time the tournament is being held in UAE. IPL has to be organized abroad this time because the corona virus epidemic in the country is spreading very fast. The final match of IPL will be played on 10 November. This is the first time that the Indian Premier League finals will be held not on weekends, but on Week Day.

Actually, IPL was the main sponsor of the first Vivo tournament for 2020, but due to rising tensions between India and China, BCCI canceled its deal with Vivo for this year. Although Vivo may return as the title sponsor next year, this year BCCI has to join hands with the new sponsor. In the rights bought under the bid, Dream XI Company outperformed the Academy and Tata Sons.
