Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the final result of Combined Defense Services Examination (2) 2019. The Commission has declared a total of 196 candidates as successful based on the various stages of the Second CDS Examination of 2019. Candidates who were involved in various stages under the CDS2 recruitment process for the year 2019 by the Commission can see their roll number in the list of successful candidates released on the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in. According to the notice issued by the Commission, 1 September 2020, the candidates have been selected on the basis of the CDS (2) examination conducted by the UPSC in September 2019 and the interview conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defense. Also, the results of the medical examination are not included in the preparation of the final selection list. Selection of these candidates to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun for 149th (DE) course; For admission in Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course ie No.208F (P) Course has been done.
The Commission has informed in its notice that the marks of the candidates appearing in the examination will be made available on the website of the Commission by the Officers Training Academy (OTA) after the declaration of the final results of this examination.
