A hotel in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh has caught fire. According to Vijayawada police, 7 people died and 30 were rescued in a fire in a hotel in Vijayawada. This hotel was being used as a Covid facility. The fire brigade’s team reached the spot as soon as the incident was received. In this regard, the Collector of Krishna district said that the accident took place at around 5 am. About 30 patients have been sent to a safe place and are undergoing treatment. Right now we are trying to evacuate the entire building, the fire has been extinguished. According to the primary report, the reason for the fire is shot circuit, but the cause has to be ascertained.
Chief Minister grieves
Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy expressed grief and grief over the fire and sought information about the cause of the accident. He directed the officials concerned to take rescue measures and recruit the injured in nearby hospitals.
