UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019 Result PDF:The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) announced the results of the Civil Services Examination 2019 on August 4, 2020. The Commission has recommended for the appointment of a total of 839 candidates for a total of 927 vacancies declared by the government. Out of the total 927 vacancies declared by the government, 180 belong to Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 24 Indian Foreign Service (IFS), 150 Indian Police Service (IPS), 438 Central Services Group ‘A’ and 135 Group ‘B’. At the same time, according to the official notice issued for the results, Pradeep Singh has topped the Civil Services Examination 2019, his roll number is 6303184. At the same time, Jatin Kishore (roll number 0834194) and Pratibha Verma (roll number 6417779) have secured the second and third position respectively. UPSC has announced the results of the Civil Services Examination 2019 and the list of toppers of the year 2019 on its official website, upsc.gov.in.
According to the UPSC Civil Services Examination Results Notice, the recommendation for the appointment of a total of 829 candidates has been made by the Commission on the basis of performance in the examination for the year 2019. Of these, 304 candidates are from general category, while 78 EWS, 251 OBC, 129 SC and 67 candidates are from ST classes. Let us know that the written examination for the Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2019 was conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) in September 2019 while the Personality Test was conducted between February to August 2020.
