Pune Police issued notification
A notification in this regard was issued by the Pune Police on Monday. In which it is written that action will be taken under Section 188 of IPC on those who spread any kind of rumors related to Koreana on social media. Under which a person can be imprisoned for six months or fined up to Rs 1000.
In this notification it is written that on April 1, we often play prank with our friends, family and people around. But today the situation is different, in this case we appeal to all of you not to spread any kind of rumors about corona virus and lockdown. Any such act shall be deemed to be a violation of lockdown. Different methods are also being adopted by the police to make people aware of the corona and follow the lockdown.
