Music composer Shravan Rathod died at the age of 66 on Covid-19 complications.

Musician Shravan has died due to the corona epidemic. He was hit by coronavirus a few days ago and had to be hospitalized. Shravan was known to be a good musician. He gave music in many films. His songs were well-liked. Shravan Rathod was admitted to the hospital in Mumbai in critical condition. He was tested positive for coronavirus. He passed away at the age of 66. His son Sanjeev Rathod had confirmed the father to have coronavirus. Sanjeev Rathod also told that Shravan was admitted to SL Raheja Hospital.

Born in a musical family, Shravan’s father was Hindustani classical singer Pt Chaturbhuj Rathod and was inspired by Kalyanji-Anandji’s music as a child. His brother is popular playback singer Roop Kumar Rathod.

Shravan began his career in 1973. He teamed with Nadeem Akhtar Saifi and composed for a few regional films and other commercial projects. They made their Bollywood debut with the 1982 release Maine Jeena Seekh. Nadeem-Shravan duo has given music for many super hit films in the 90s. These include films like ‘Aashiqui’, Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pardes’, ‘Sajan’ and ‘Raja Hindustani’. After this Nadeem-Shravan pair, The year broke in 2000. Both of them had once again composed songs for David Dhawan’s film Do Not Disturb.

Shravan Rathod had a fan following. People of his film Aashiqui still like it. Apart from this, Shravan has also been a judge on many shows. He has also judged many reality shows. His departure gave a deep shock to the music world. There have been many Bollywood actors in the grip of Corona.
