New Delhi. The Kejriwal government has come into full action against the ever increasing corona case in Delhi. The Sadar area of Delhi has marked 20 hot spots which have been sealed after some positive cases have surfaced. At the same time, the mask has been made necessary before leaving the house.
Chief Minister Kejriwal has made it mandatory for everyone in Delhi to wear a mask. Kejriwal tweeted that now it will be necessary for everyone in Delhi to wear a mask to get out of the house. However, he also said that one can wear a mask of homemade clothes. Along with this, Kejriwal has ordered all government departments of Delhi to stop all expenses except salary.
Kejriwal said that apart from corona and lockdown expenses, any other expenditure will be done only with the permission of Finance Department. The government has argued that this step has been taken to drastically cut spending in view of the current state of revenue.
Here Deputy CM Manish Sisodia told that 20 hot spots of Delhi have been identified which have been sealed. No one will be allowed to move here. Some positive cases have been confirmed in Sadar area.
Please tell that CM Kejriwal had called an important meeting on Wednesday to discuss the situation of Corona virus. Several top officials including Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Health Minister Satyendra Jain, Chief Secretary Vijay Dev, Health Secretary, Home Secretary were present in this meeting. All these decisions have been taken in the meeting that started at seven in the evening.
Let me tell you that before this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had announced that if any health worker is killed in the war with Corona virus, then the Delhi government will give a support amount of Rs 1 crore to his family. In this regard, the Delhi Health Department issued the order on Tuesday. The order states that in the corona case, if the patient, para medical staff, sanitation worker and other health workers get something in the course of curing the patient in the hospital, their family will be given Rs 1 crore each.
