Seated Spinal Twist

Apart from relieving pain of lower back and lower back, it will also increase flexibility of body and muscles. In this, you have to stretch the opposite direction of the body while sitting, with your feet right or left.

Glute bridge exercise

It is also known as Balasana. This asana is very helpful in relieving back and lower back pain. This stretching exercise will not only cure back pain, but it will also give you relief from neck pain. For this, you have to stretch the muscles of your hips, thighs and ankles. It will also help in strengthening exercise muscles, relieving stress and fatigue.
